Gender differences effect people and productivity at all levels of your organization. We deliver to cross-functional and in-tact teams frequently. This depends on your internal culture and what you think would resonate best with your people. We always recommend starting at the top and working down the organization. Buy-in at the most senior level is critical to creating organizational awareness about differences.
This is primarily driven by the level, number, format and length you are looking to deliver. Typically the larger the group size, the shorter the session. A smaller group of 25-30 can run as a 2, 3, 4 hour or full day session. High level executives can rarely give more than 60-90 minutes of their valuable meeting time. We have designed presentations and workshops for all these formats.
Because we are research based, we use the research as the backbone of our delivery. By understanding some specifics about your industry and organizational culture we can help to direct some of the stories and dialog in the direction that is most beneficial. A conference call with your speaker/trainer is typical before each session. This time allows our team to hear you and any special needs or issues before we the session.
A minimum of 6 is required. Maximum number is fairly flexible. We bring 2 master trainers for every 10-12 trainers going through certification
You need to acquire the participant materials or license rights for each participant you train inside your organization. You can acquire these through our offices.
English only. Fortunately, most companies we work in around the globe do much of their executive and management training and meetings in English. We do, however, have GenderSpeak participant materials available in other languages: Spanish, German, Polish, Portuguese, and French.
