This is primarily driven by the level, number, format and length you are looking to deliver. Typically the larger the group size, the shorter the session. A smaller group of 25-30 can run as a 2, 3, 4 hour or full day session. High level executives can rarely give more than 60-90 minutes of their valuable meeting time.
